On the occasion of the visit of the Spokesman of the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Majed Al-Ansari, on 17 October, the Divan Center organized a Black Coffee with Mr. Al-Ansari as guest speaker. The background discussion took place at the Capital Club in Berlin with more than 70 guests who actively followed the discussion and asked questions about foreign and security policy from Qatar’s perspective. The discussion was moderated by Sebastian Sons, Senior Researcher at CARPO, Policy Analyst for the Gulf States, Gulf Migration and Development Policy, Sport and Social Change in the Gulf Region.
The insightful discussion was followed by one-on-one meetings with journalists and representatives of think tanks, political foundations and political institutions.
